I'm posting for a friend who is new here to Korea. He is looking for Protein and pre-workout powder. In another thread, people mention a few sites like iherb.com and a Korean website, but also Namdaemun.

In Namdaemun, do we need to just go and search around for it? Or does anyone have more specific directions?

Also, if anyone has any leftover and is selling privately, that would probably work, too.

hmmm...I just got another order from iherb the other day.
It arrived in 4 days...and shipping was free...yes...free.
Perhaps I could sell you mine...and then just order more.

Seriously???
iherb.com
and did I mention right now they have free shipping?
If you order today...you will have it next week.
http://www.iherb.com/

Best of luck.

I second iherb. I've recently began using them for my supplements and vitamins. I'm extremely happy with the prices and service.

I used to use mass119 but my computer started getting security warnings from them, plus they're more expensive than iherb.

I apologize for highjacking this thread, but I just tried reordering from iherb and it said that shipping was "not available" by either shipping method.

Strange....I've ordered plenty of times from there, and no matter how small/cheap I made this order, it kept saying the shipping wasn't available.

there are alot of sports shops around that specialise in protein/sports supplements. The gyms usually order in for you too if you attend/ask them. I get a 3 kg bucket of 90 percent whey protein for 70,000 at my shop local in daegu. It usually lasts me the month or 6 weeks.
They always give about a kg free of testers and a plastic cup too!

iherb is cheaper than namdaemun. but if you insist, go into the market at gate 5 and then walk straight and go into the big building...if you get lost ask someone where you can buy vitamins and they'll show you...once you're down there you kinda just gotta look around. most of the people that sell vitamins and supplements don't sell protein, but if you ask them about it they'll make a disgusted face and point you in the right direction lol.

hope that helps!
