OK... the basics: I started working at a Hagwon in the middle of June... b/c it was two weeks into their semester I only had 2 days of training (despite the 2 weeks mentioned in the contract)

Sooooo.... everything was great for about 2-3 months... then my boss quit (apparently.... ) - now there is a new director and they have remodeled the entire structure of the place...

I just finished my 3 month probabtion period and already have 2 b.s. 'warnings' from the school... 3rd warning is termination... now these warnings are def. bs. b/c I work very hard... they did observations last week before my 2nd warning and said that my classes are "too difficult to understand" from parents and students (think teaching a 4th or 5th grader how to 'debate'.... they don't have the vocabularly to understand to textbooks themselves......)

Anyways, I love it here in Seoul... I have great friends and I don't want to leave...

However: I don't know if I can last the 6 month period to get an 'easy' LOR... I really want to break this contract.....
My original boss *who quit* left b/c she didn't like the upcoming changes.... neither do I... I don't have an immediate 'boss', just Korean co-teachers that are probably fighting for her position....

I've been teaching just over 3 months... I want out of this Hagwon and since I'm in the country now and have many friends here getting another job would probly be (somewhat easy) - aside from the Immi crap and whatnot...

So... what options do I have...?
They have me on the chopping block to be fired (again, bs...) so I'm not sure waiting out the 6 months is even worth it...

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Can I transfer before 6 months?
I've heard w/ a LOR you can easlily
Also heard w/out one you can, but need to do a visa run to Japan and only have 30 days (of which half of that is visa processing, so more like two weeks...)

I have loads of friends and places to crash at in the meantime (should it come to that...) but if anyone can advise on the process of breaking a contract around 4 months w/ the intent of scoring another job PLEASE let me know...

any other details (aside from location/school) needed, I'll provide...

Thanks...
