Writing to inform you all that there is a Seoul Help Center that caters to the International Community. Lots of info. available. They have a Medical Referral Service and counselors can also be contacted via the FOCUS Office.

In addition, don't forget about the KNTO Hotline (area code) + 1330. In some provinces English operators are available. I know for certain that Seoul (02) & Gyonggi-do (031) have English operators.
