my contract is completed, but my boss is trying to get out of paying me anything
does anyone know the location of the labor board in incheon?
also as an aside, if I need to stay longer to fight this, are there any options available to extend my visa for a short time and for this purpose? |

Is the boss actually the owner of the school you teach at or the principal you DIRECTLY work for? If so, then forget this, but if the boss is the owner or manager of an after school program, I also had problems in Incheon. I can tell you more if that is the case. If we happen to have worked for the same entity, I would be more than happy helping you nail them.
It is most likely just a coincidence with location.
There are a few visas you can change to. One may have come and gone which is a D-10. It allows you to look for work. Another one which is more directly related I think is a C-3 visa.
Here are the Korean Labor Offices, http://wiki.galbijim.com/Korean_Labor_Offices
