Anyone ever work there or know anything about it? I was contacted about a possible interview with them but can't seem to find much about it online. Wondering if it's a true International School or not. I believe it is located in Yatop. |

Also known as Korea International School. They even have a wiki page. There's also a news item: they had a V-day (day for violence against women). One of the performance on that was named (gasp) 'Vagina Talk'! This is some serious school! |

BIS and KIS are not the same.
KIS is in Pangyo while there is or was a BIS near Migeum, so not sure about yatap. |

Yeah, it's not KIS.. It's the one in Migeum that I was looking into.
It apparently is a Canadian school, but in Korea. It uses Canadian curriculum and falls under the British Columbia Dept. of Ed. Looks like a legit school. I believe they called it an "Off Shore Canadian School". |

My buddy used to be the principal at BIS... he quit when he found out that the school was not a legit international school but a glorified hagwon, although that could have changed in the past few years. Sorry I don't have any more recent info. From the website, though, it looks like it could have undergone a metamorphosis and be a legit school now. |
