My birthday is coming up, and I want good IPA. Do they have it?

Go to CraftWerks in Kyungnidan... far far superior craft beers

Hey, OP. Depending on where you live there may be a couple of places you could get an IPA.
Craftworks have licensed some of their beers out to other bars. That means there may be a bar near you that stocks Craftwork beers.
If you live near Gangnam then I think Big Rock may be your best bet. They have a good selection of beers. I read in a magazine that they are doing an all you can drink special for 25,000won. That's on Wed, Thur, Fridays. Their phone number is 02 539 6650.
Another possibility is finding somewhere that serves 7brau IPA. It is a Korean beer and is easy to drink. It's not as flavorful as the newer American style IPAs but it is a great session beer, and it's a bit cheaper.
Finally, you could check your local Homeplus for some American craft beers. Both of my local Homeplus stores have Indica and Dead Guy IPA. Save a bit of money by staying at home.

It's pricey, but Woodstock in Gangnam (the one opposite Rainbow Room - is the one near Big Rock even open anymore? I haven't been there in years), just put Indica IPA on tap. 8,000 won a glass. The price makes me cry, but it's so good!
