A few questions:
1. I'm assuming that a degree certificate is simply a diploma -- am I wrong? Is it something else entirely?
2. Because reordering diplomas is pricey - 45 bucks per copy from my undergrad college - and tedious - a six to eight week process - do these recruiters/schools need actual hard copies of diplomas, or are we able to scan our original diplomas and make copies?
Please tell me it's the latter.
Thanks. |

1. yes
2. a notarized copy should be fine. Then verified by either apostille or Korean consulate. Do check your local Korean consulate for you area. The information might be there.
Do consider getting extra sealed transcripts. Not to be need anymore, but can prove useful. |

1( yes.
2) NO.
Scan your degree. Attach the scan of your degree and CBC to the e-mail when you send your resume to recruiters.
WHEN and ONLY when you are ready to sign/have signed on the dotted line do you send hard copies to Korea (Original CBC with apostille and COPY of your degree with an apostille).
