I do a lot of hiking here and so I often like to go to other cities and check out the parks there. However, finding bus information for between cities, especially small cities is quite difficult.
I've used the following three different websites and they have some useful information, but none of them are that great. They're helpful, but only to a limited extent (the third one especially seems to give some erroneous information).

So I'd like to know if any of you are aware of a website that has intercity/express bus schedules for all of South Korea (in English or Korean). I don't live in Seoul and rarely go there so I'm not looking for a website that's only got info for Seoul.

I dont think you're going to find one comprehensive site. Many of the intercity routes are serviced by one or more small independent companies running just a few buses.
