I twisted my ankle playing basketball over 2 years ago. It's healed to the point where if I don't run for long periods of time it feels completely normal but it still feels very fragile in that it could twist again very easily so I am very cautious with it all the time. This has limited me from playing any sports, or even long distance running.
I've been lazy with this injury for too long and need to get it examined. Can anyone recommend a foot doctor? I live near Itaewon so any suggestions around there would be best, thank you! |
It sounds like it's your ankle, not your foot, that's the problem. I'd do a search for sports medicine doctors.
It's a bit out of your way, and kind of pricey, but Korea University has a sports medicine program now and they also have an international clinic that will help you make an appointment, etc. and I don;t think they charge extra for that, like some hospitals do. |
