Watch for the cheap seats on Cathay.
3 night packages (air/hotel/transfers) from 450k.
Regular pricing (seats only) from 700k.
Watch dragon air as well.

Yes, I'd second that advice.
You can often get really good prices if you go directly via Cathay's own website, even though the same fares won't turn up on search engines like Kayak, Expedia etc.
This applies to fares to HK, and also to Cathay flights elsewhere going via HK.
Dragon Air, btw, is a Cathay subsidiary. Their flights will always have a CX number as well and will often turn up in searches on Cathay's website. Not always though, so it's worth going to the dragonair link at the bottom on Cathay's home page and checking there too. Note that dragonair, unlike Cathay, don't have a Korea-specific site, however they still quote fares in Won if it's a trip originating here. |
