Yes, you can. I've gone to several eyeglass and contact shops, and just told them the prescription and make and bought them. |

Or... Ask for an eye test - that will cost you nothing here - and are super high tech.. Takes about 3 minutes.. There's your prescription. |

I go into those glasses shops all the time, write down my prescription and they hand it over with no issues. Also, as someone has said, getting a free eye test is also quite common here too. Plus, if you want glasses made then unlike the UK where I have to send off for them, they will usually be made within a day. Once they were done in 20 minutes! |
