I wouldn't think Koreans would be this clueless, but I can't find an application form for NHIC national health insurance on any of the government English websites. You'd think a competent agency would make the PDF file easily available.
By the way, I'm an independent contractor, not an employee, so I am making an individual application. That is the application form I'm trying to find, so I can mail it in, as the health office is quite a distance away from my home (I live in a semi-rural area).
If anyone can check the Korean website and maybe get me a link to the PDF file, I'd greatly appreciate it. |
