I want to use my Korean Shinhan check card to buy a plane ticket. Are there any websites that accept it as payment? |

you can use it for most english websites although you have to do the whole convoluted process of using internet explorer, installing the appropriate active x controls, installing your security certificate in your local pc AND do an extra security measure upon the time of purchase. |

Would I say it is a Visa or something when I go to pay? There is no Shinhan selection. |

yes just use it as a visa. it's hit or miss as to whether or not it will work. sometimes i have success using it, sometimes i don't. i just use my shinhan credit card if it doesn't, but sometimes i want to use my debit card and it's annoying when i can't. |
