Thanks for the heads up on Bill Burr. Never heard of him before.
Great stuff.

I also like Billy Connoly, Jim Gaffigan and Russell Peters

With American standups, they can either be super funny or just loud and boorish. Bill Burr, Louis CK, Patton Oswalt are great, but guys like Joe Rogan and Jim Norton rely on shouting bug-eyed at the crowd and whooping "Hell yeah!" a lot.

I agree. Maybe its just a British thing. I love Louis CK, Bill Burr, Aziz Ansari etc. But I find it hard to enjoy the shouty American alpha-male comics.

I like Joe Rogan, I enjoy his podcasts but dont like his standup. Find it just to be the shouty monologue of a scary person.

My favorite comedian on Youtube right now are Hannibal Buress and Tony Law.

Tony Law is a Canadian living in London who is also mental. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBxdWCBcljg

Burress just has great rhythm and intonation, very much of the Aziz Ansari ilk.

Tony Law was terrible. Was he drunk or just has some sort of mental retardation?

**EDIT** But you win serious points with Burress. Never heard if him before. Great material
