Having lived in Spain for a while, I can honestly say that this perfectly comments on their general reputation of laziness and inefficiency.

I think the Basque Country is the only party exempt from that blanket statement.

Reminds me of all the LAX immigration and personel including the help desk there. But it should be said it's not Indonesia.

The woman had the right way in how to deal with officials. She is what I try to emulate when dealing with immigration.

You mean cover all and every imaginable base that exists in the wildest fantasies of a Korean immigration official?

Well try! I try to have everything I can have. Half the time, I do not need. Yet, the other half, being over prepared was key.
