Having lived in Spain for a while, I can honestly say that this perfectly comments on their general reputation of laziness and inefficiency.
I think the Basque Country is the only party exempt from that blanket statement. |

Reminds me of all the LAX immigration and personel including the help desk there. But it should be said it's not Indonesia. |

The woman had the right way in how to deal with officials. She is what I try to emulate when dealing with immigration. |

Well try! I try to have everything I can have. Half the time, I do not need. Yet, the other half, being over prepared was key. |
