Is there any way to find out exactly how much pension money is owed to you without actually leaving the country? I know there are threads already but most talk about cashing out permanently which I am not doing yet.

Just contact them. You need your ARC number.
It can also be done on-line if you have a certificate. I don't have the link handy.
