				| I transferred jobs in October 3 months into my contract (school went under). I am now being told by my new school that I need a new health check done. I don't understand why I need new one when I already have my ARC card. My school seems confused. Can someone clarify for me or point me in the right direction? |

				| Your school is going what they thing is the usual route. Schools do not always understand the rules or know of the "but situations. I recommend calling Immigration and asking them. Or waiting when you apply for a transfer/extension for a health check request. If you are lucky it will not be asked for? |

				| My visa has already been transferred and immigration said they didn't need a copy. My manager said it was the BoE who is asking for it. |

They are the ones who are saying I need one. I'm not sure if just a copy will do or I need a whole new one. My company told me that the BoE said that I need a whole new one.

EDIT: I'm sorry, it is the Office of Education that is requesting it. |

				A quick update:

It seems that the MoE is the one who is causing all of the issues. They are saying that because I transferred my visa, I need a new medical check. I talked with immigration and they said that I don't need a new one. My issue is that I JUST had one done in September and I haven't left Korea. I don't understand why the MoE is being so difficult. Don't they have to follow the same laws as immigration? If so, could someone point me to a website that says this (preferably both in English and Korean). |

Time spent getting medical check - time spent fighting policy successfully = X

If X>0, then fight the policy

If x</=0, get new medical check |
