Not really I enjoy the heck out of the frosted flakes with the penguin on top and once a week I cook up a batch of migas mexicanas so I'm pretty solid in the breakfast department. |

I miss kashi waffles with peanut butter and banana, and pumpernickel bagels (I have half with salsa and a fried egg,) but otherwise, I still eat raisin bran, 10 grain porridge, or hot oat bran (the hot cereals are eaten with cheddar, marmite, and black pepper.)
I miss some of them, but the others are still available thanks to Costco or the internet. |

Yes; my breakfast is now a shot or two of soju washed down with spicy-as-heck Shin Ramyeon. Maybe I toss an egg in there from time to time.
At least that's my occasional, hair off the dog breakfast. But I generally grab a California Roll on my way out the door or swing by chungook or nara for a bowl of jiggae. |

"By the time I get back to New York, I'll be putting this stuff on my Cheerios". Anthony Bourdain ( author of "Kitchen Confidential", and host of shows on the Travel Channel ) referring to soju during his visit to Korea.
And yeah, I've gone from Bloody Marys to Soju. ( with soup ), on major holidays with Korean friends in their homes. Otherwise, I eat a variety of things ( ramyun, seasonal fruits and vegetables, jang shik, milk, coffee and tomato ( homemade ) or grapefruit juice, fish/seafood ( often ), eggs and toast, yoghurt and the occasional Lotteria Shrimpburger. I'm an opportunistic omnivore, except that I didn't eat boxed cereal even as a child. Oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat served that purpose then. |

A country in which obesity isn't the national pastime?

Weekdays are usually cereal or a bagel. Weekends are bacon and eggs type.
No real change for me... just depends on how busy I am. |

I have eaten many a Pop Tart, yet Im not obese at all. Strange.
Holier than thou, OCD, food dictators have become the most unpleasant and douchiest segment of the populace. You go ahead and keep eating those Lotteria Shrimpwhiches though. |

radcon, I believe I will continue to have the occasional shrimp sandwich, thanks for the reccommendation.
Now some advice for you. Your Pop Tarts post was meant to be humorous, I hope. So was mine. Take some of the money you're saving on those Pop Tarts and upgrade the software in in your humor program. |

Are the shrimp burgers good? I've been too scared to try them, LOL! Also, Lotteria doesn't understand reasonable amounts of sauce, in my experience... I always bite into a burger only to have 4+ sauces pour out ;.; My friend got a burger that had ketchup, mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, and honey mustard on it @.@;;; |
