Hello,

I am re-applying for an E2 visa and I need to ask a specific question that I haven't found the answer to through searching the forums.

I have a copy of my degree certificate with a copy of the original apostille on the back. (I.e a piece of paper with a copy of the degree on the front of it and a copy of the apostille on the back of it)

This also the case for my Police check (a copy of the original police check with a copy of the apostille on the back(

Is this OK? When I did this the first time I had the original apostille glued onto a copy of my original degree certificate

Thank you

As long as the Apostilles were attached by the authorities in your country and remain attached and have not ever been removed or taken off by you, it's fine. You cannot take the Apostilles off. If you do they are invalid.

Immigration will already know that your degree is verified so you will not need to hand in another apostilled diploma copy. As for your CBC it must be no more than 6 months older than the date on the CBC document when handed in to immigration. Don't use the date on the apostille attached to the CBC.

If you are applying for a NEW visa then no.
Immigration will want new ones (original CBC with apostille and certified true copy of your degree with an apostille.)

If you are transferring to a new job then they are not necessary.
