Family is not an issue, it's all about place.
A year to live and money to cover that year.
But where? |

well, actually I thought it interesting on where someone might choose to die. Would it be Korea? For most of us expats, I don't think so. I think most of us would go elsewhere rather than die here.
Does that sharpen your thinking a little? I wonder, on your death bed, will you say "I wish I stayed in Korea longer?"
I think most of us will go elsewhere so I wonder what that says. |

I would choose Tibet.
And buy yourself a copy of "The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying" while you're at it. Best 29.00 I ever spent.
Your next life is yours for the choosing. Namaste. |

I've often thought of how it would be living in NY, so I choose my last year there. |

If I knew I were absolutely going to die at the end of the upcoming year, I'd devote the last year of my life to service. No joke. Health permitting, I'd help out at an orphanage or aid organization, maybe in Cambodia or somewhere in Africa. My wife has always been supportive, so I imagine that she'd go along for the ride and indulge me. |
