Anyone have a list of events going on for NYE this year?

Chincha.co.uk has a list, but none of them particularly turn my crank.

Was considering doing the outdoor countdown at Jongno, but not if the weather is going to be like it has been the past few days.

I don't really know what I'm looking for, it will just kind of be a "I know it when I see it" thing. I also don't get too excited about NYE, but as I get older and go out less and less, NYE is one of those special occasions that could get me back out at night.

I figure a lot of people are in the same boat. So, ideas?

I went to that bell ringing thing in Jongno near Jonggak station (Line 1).

It was boring. A dull damp squid. Although i prefer a drunken nightlife kind of atmosphere so it probably wasn't the best choice for me. Each to his own. I'm sure some westerners found it to be a great way to pass into the next year. Not me though.

I'll be attending the big event by 'Seoul English Party' (on Facebook and Meetup). Anyone else going?
