If all you're teaching are normal credit courses, then about 10 weeks per semester-- from mid December to early March and from mid June to early September.
Camps/winter or summer session classes will run anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks during the breaks.
If you're teaching at a unigwon (non-credit classes), they usually run sessions for 8 weeks, irrespective of semesters. Vacation schedules vary by location. |

Yep that's right. My uni broke up on the 14th and we start again on March 4th. Same as the above poster said for the Summer. No camps, winter/summer schedules or any responsibilites at my uni. Just sweet, sweet freedom. |

I guess in short, they range from about 8 weeks a year to about 4.5 months a year.
My friend works at a unigwon style, and he gets a couple of weeks of at a time. Annoying.
My university does 4.5 months a year (approx). But you can work optional camps at the end of each semester (3-4 weeks at a time) |
