|
|
I went to do the ARC and it should be finished but I left having told immigration I would pick up the card.
I now can't get away from school, I was wondering if its possible to figure out a way to send them a self addressed envelope.
Has anyone done this?
I have the Korean immigration confirmation receipt with their contact info but I don't know if they speak English.
I also don't know where to get an envelope and stamps so any help would be appreciated!
Thanks! |

I'm surprised your school won't let you collect it given it's such an important item. I don't understand why at least they won't have someone from the school collect it.
Anyway, you can call Immigration's English hotline if you can't find an adequate answer here.
Immigration 'helpline': In Korea, you can call 1345 (press 3 and then * for an English counsellor). No need to put in the area code, even from cell phones. |

When you apply for the ARC you have 2 options:
1) personal service - pick it up yourself.
2) have it delivered by courier.
If you elected <1> when you applied then you will need to make a trip to your local immigration office to pick it up.
I too am surprised that your school (hagwon??) won't let you take the hour or two sometime during a business day (over lunch even) to make the trip to immigration and get it.
