Let's hope the police would do something about these incidents and that women living alone would refuse to let real estate agents and others into their home period. Had been told a few years back in smaller towns that women were afraid to live alone. Add to that police, blame the victim. Hopefully, these crimes are at least taken more seriously nowadays.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. Korea is a safe place to live, if you're an adult male.

Sure, as long as you're not white and don't get attacked by a horde of Koreans. Which sounds hateful, it's not - the majority of Koreans are at least nice people, but then again, so are the majority of blacks in South Africa; doesn't mean that it's pleasant though.

I'm sure that can happen but I'm willing to bet women are subject to sexual assault here much more often than foreigners get attacked by hordes for being foreign.

Yes, for sure. I posted before echoing this on one of these threads about this topic some of the things that my ex went through there (she moved to Europe and said she never wants to live in her home country again).
