So, I'm home. In America. Done teaching forever. Been done since the end of the year. Just received an email from my old manager saying that the national pension office "over calculated" and sent me too much and are expecting to be refunded 119,000 won which to me is bullshit. I'm to be expected to fix THEIR mistake? We all know that by sending money we have to also pay a fee (which can be up to 40 bucks) and I'm really not in the financial position to just throw away 40 bucks on someone else's mistake. So, I don't want to do anything about it. Since it's not my fault, could their be any repercussions to not sending my school this money? I figure no, but my anxiety makes me post. Thanks! |
