I'm going through a very frustrating process of trying to find information about the F visa. Most of the info on Dave's is too old. Something happened to F visa's in 2012 and I'm not entirely clear on whether after getting married if it's still an F2 or now an F6. There's no good current "how to" anywhere. Korean immigration site's English link currently states that visa information is disabled and will be available Jan 31st, 2012 ~ typical. That aside...

My main question is regarding contracts. My company wants me to re-sign and I don't know if there's anything I need to be careful of at this point. I'm still an E2, but will be changing to whatever the marriage F visa is, potentially next week. Is there anything I need to know or that I should discuss with my employer before re-signing?

Thanks

No, not really. Applying for Korean citizenship, on the other hand, could complicate things.
