Ah, I am so excited! I've had a lot of job offers/interviews and I'm waiting to hear back from Avalon. I did do my homework on them and I realize that it may be boring since I have to follow a set curriculum, but I think this is a great job to cut my teeth on. Plus I heard that Avalon doesn't really have many of the prevalent problems other hagwons do, i.e late payment (if at all), sexual harassment, firing in the 11 month of a contract. I'm stoked and feel like I had a great phone interview with them, but I haven't heard back.

I had the interview Wednesday night my time and Thursday afternoon theirs. I know Friday was a Korean holiday and that I should hear back today if they want me; I'm just so anxious. I have a few other contracts on the table, but this one is my top choice.

I guess maybe I just wanted to vent my frustration a little and ask if this is normal? Right after my other interviews I was normally sent over a contract from a very interested school. So not hearing back right away makes me nervous...
