I'm an old Korea veteran finishing his Ph.D. in Cambridge at the moment...Thought I might post this here to see if anyone bites.

Does anyone working in Korea right now have access to groups of children aged 5-6 years old (not 'Korean' age, if you know what I mean)? If so, you may be able to help join a linguistics project on quantifiers headed by Cambridge University. It believe the project is all in Korean (its not related to English). There isn't any money available but whoever can provide data will be included as a co-author in the publication, which will be in a high-impact journal - looks good on your C.V. and for applying for uni jobs in particular.

The task takes 25 minutes to administer, one must of course have access to school-children aged between 5 and 6 years old (i.e. 60 - 71 months). Further details (such as numbers of participants) to be released as I receive them. Anyone can take part (doesn't have to be a waygook, any Korean wife or colleague can join if they are trying to get publications together). These could be PhD students, teachers in schools, research assistants, or professors looking for a collaboration with a western university.
