|
|
Long story short, I lost my wallet. I cancelled my USA credit card and the wife cancelled all my Korean cards.
How do I get a new arc? I hope it's easy? can I make an appointment online? what documents are needed? does my wife have to come with me?
I also had a Korean driver's license. Anyone know how to get a new one?
thanks in advance for any help! |

I did the same a couple weeks ago. You don't need to make an appointment. Simply walk into your local immigration center, take a number, fill out the general request form and check off replacement card. Explain what you want when your number comes up and pay the 20,000 won fee, and your card will be ready in three weeks. |

No problem. Note that you have to include a passport photo with the application for a replacement card, even though you are already in the system. |

The Suwon office had a photo booth, but I don't know if this is the case for all Immigration offices. Or if the photo booth even works, but just an FYI. Also, I'd go early if I were you. Those joints are usually jumpin. |

The photo booth at the Immigration office in Suwon works. It's been years since I've been to the one in Yeongdeungpo-gu, but I recall there being a photo booth at the subway station nearby. |
