Hey guys,
I am going to Korea on a C4 visa and hope to find another job when done and get an E2 via a visa run.
Here is the problem�I am Canadian and my Criminal Check expires next month. I have already secured my C4 visa on this criminal check.
At the end of my camp contract, will I need a new ( 6 month valid) criminal check from Canada to get my E2 in Japan?
Please help if you can and thanks so much. |

C4, D10, E2. Visa run MAY NOT be needed.
You MAY need another CRC for the MOE (nothing to do with your visa or immigration) when you change to the E2.
I'd get one before you leave for Korea. It's not like they take a long time to get done if you are still in Canada.
