I'm sending my CBC to get Apostilled from Korea to DC.

Naturally this has required double-wrapping an envelop with an extra label for return prepaid shipment.

I just got rejected by the Kinkos guys at FedEx/Kinkos (The FedEx guys were out) who just quoted me a "new law" that said people can't double-wrap envelopes.

Aroo?


I need to know if anyone else has this kind of experience and if it's true, what I can do about it.

The USPS still double wraps..............but obviously.......... You will have to get a FEDEX account using your bank account card which is easy to do. The Federal CBC form has a part where you give them your FEDEX account number. Problem easily solved. If you send to any other place you include on the FEDEX invoice that you want them to return FEDEX using your account number. It is easy to do, Kinkos can show you. This works when your overseas also.

I have an account, and they still stopped the transaction.

What's weird is that they looked experienced, but at that moment had no idea what they were doing, as if this is something that changed in the past 3 weeks.

So, 2 envelopes, 2 labels, on account was a no-go last night. I'm checking to see what they say today...maybe at a different location.
