I have been applying to hagwons and recently come across a position that offers no pension but still has health insurance. I was under the impression that the two were linked? (not to mention that I thought it was illegal for a company to not provide pension) Is this a red flag and a company that should be avoided? |

Yes, it is a red flag.
The medical won't be NHIC and a 50/50 split in spite of what they may say or may be in the contract.
