It's from 강원도 평창군. It's unusual in some ways. One, it's made from 25% wheat and 5% buckwheat, and not just rice. I don't know if buckwheat was cultivated in Korea before the Japanese occupation period. I wasn't especially surprised to see 모밀막걸리, but what surprised me is the label has some Japanese - not Hanja - below the Hangul.

It's brewed basically in the middle of nowhere, but wouldn't old Koreans have a pretty strong aversion towards Japanese writing in Korea? Or, is the aversion among old Koreans not as totally universal as it may seem?

In case you find this product, it tastes about the same as other 막걸리, only it's naturally (instead of artificially) sweeter. I can't taste the wheat much at all, like in a beer made with wheat. As for the buckwheat, there's too little to make a difference. Still, it's an interesting brew, assuming the label is truthful.
