I know there have been other forum topics on this post already but they were from a few years ago. I have controlled-epilepsy (meaning I take medication and I have not had a seizure since I started taking them almost 8 years ago). I was wondering if I should even disclose information that I have epilepsy and am taking meds for it. I have applied to TALK before and they rejected me because of my epilepsy even though I had a doctors note saying that I am okay as long as I take my meds. Would it be okay if I just never mentioned my condition? What do they exactly screen for in the medical tests?

This post relates to the questions posed for an E2 applicant.
They do NOT pertain to an F4 applicant.

So are you asking:

-IF you should commit visa fraud and lie on signed documents (like your visa application documents)?

Would you do that in your home country?
What might the consequences be if you did and it was discovered?.
What are the chances of it being discovered since it is already known by a government agency?

or

-IF you lied, would it be discovered?

or

-If you told the truth, would you get a job?

Are you so desperate to work in Korea? (IF you are of Korean ancestry then the options ARE different on an F4).
Are you so desperate to simply find work?
Are you so desperate to get out of your home country?

(rhetorical questions and I do NOT need an answer from you (or any one else)).

options:
IF you are controlled, pick a country where the medical and drug tests are not a requirement; where the condition is not an issue.
Find work at home.
Travel as a tourist and not have the stress.

Hell No! Delete goes your application. I don't think they screen for Benzodiazapines, This would be the only drug type that is used in epilepsy and that is chronically abused, and that they would screen for, but in this case I'm pretty sure they don't. Why tell them? Hopefully you won't have a seizure while in Korea and that's all.

You will have to get your drug medication from a doctor in Seoul somewhere that is known (by other responders to this forum) not to rat to immigration. Obviously you wouldn't tell a doctor or hospital the actual school you work for. You would say some other school if they asked...........right? Also I would wonder why a doctor that is not going to rat need to know the school you are working for anyway.
