Does anyone know how to change your address on Gmarket? I have been trying for days now and still haven't managed to do it. When I enter the 'edit info' section and go to the address section and change my address the box just disappears and doesn't alter my info. After a few tries the box doesn't come up at all.

When I message the customer center they keep sending me bogus answers. At first it was 'what is the error message?' and then 'what is the order number?'. Now I seriously have to restrain myself. I don't think ive met with something as frustrating as this ever, and i've been in Korea a long time.

I've tried re-registering but can't can't because it wont accept members with identical email addresses, names etc. I have also tried on using different browsers too!

Anyone care to lend any help or advice, thanks.

Are you using the English site? Don't. The Korean one seems to work better. Also make sure you're using I.E. Gmarket doesn't always play nice with other browsers. Finally, what do you need to change your address for? If it's for shipping purposes, Gmarket keeps track of every address you've shipped stuff to and you can get to them with the click of a button when ordering.

you have to do it through your gaccount which has its own login and password separate from your main gmarket it account. however, it isn't without its problems as well. i've tried to change my phone number so many times but it never works. i've just gotten into the habit of manually changing it on the final order page before it ships. ugh.

Open an issue with their customer service. You will need to give your correct address / username and password. Obviously change the account password after the issue has been resolved. You can try using IE but even then it may fail.
