Is the school able to retrieve your documents FBI CBC, ect... From the local immigration office before your issued a visa number?
Let me explain;
There seemed to be some delay in them issuing a visa number and the school called immigration , the immigration office said there was a delay in processing all applications not just mine , no other explanation. The school sent an e-mail telling me that they couldn't wait any longer so decided to cancel . They did say they would go today and get my documents back and send them to me. |

In my opinion... if there was a delay with YOUR documents because "everyone" was delayed then anyone else would have also been delayed and the school would be no further ahead by changing applicants.
Either your documents never made it to K-immi (very realistic if you get them back) or they simply replaced you with someone "in country" and saved the airfare.

| So I sent several e-mails to the school regarding my documents, They are not replying. It would appear I am now back to square one , I must get a new CBC ect... This has been an awful experience. |
