Simply put, I can't decide on the return address.
I am currently in CA, but my permanent residence (aka where my family is) is in SC. I'll be moving out of my apartment to go back to SC at the beginning of May.
If I send out my CBC to get apostilled on Monday, do you think it'd come back before I move out? Or should I just put the return address as my SC address?
This is my first time posting.. Sorry if this is an insignificant question lol. And thanks again for the help. |

Send it to your family.
If you send it where you are now and it is delayed then you are screwed.
If it gets send to your family and arrives early then no worry. Priority post can get it to you in a day or two. If it is delayed then you still get it as expected.

Agree with ttompatz. At the least, sending it to your family is the safest of the two options. |
