Hello.
My current contract ends in July, and I would like to start work at a different academy directly after. Do I need to resubmit my original forms (CBC, appostilled diploma, etc.) to immigration, or do I just transfer my visa sponsorship to my new hagwon? In short, what paperwork do I need to do, if any? Thanks!

End of contract and BEFORE your ARC expires... a simple transfer to a new employer or change of status to a D10.

For a transfer you need:
passport
ARC
new contract
new employer's business registration (copy)
new employer's guarantee (sponsorship form)
application
fees

To change to a D10:
passport
ARC
job search plan
application
fees

In both cases you may need to show your old contract to prove that you are finished and free to change employers or change your status.
