My friend got a D10 on his ARC card and then went home to Canada for a break. However, he applied for a Working Holiday Visa to Korea from the Korean consulate in Toronto, but they did a check of the immigration database and won't issue his new requested visa until he cancels his current D-10, which expires in 5 more months.
So, since transfer from a D10 to a H-1 is impossible, he needs to know how to cancel the D10 from Canada. What paperwork is needed? |

He can't cancel it while he is abroad.
