Does anyone know of a 24/hr practice space? For an individual, not a band. I live in a deathly quiet apartment where no noise ever is tolerated.

i've always jammed out in the parks along the han river. would take my sax there on the weekends, play as loudly as i could, and nobody really seemed to give a damn.

even spotted a fellow sax player doing the same thing a few times.
