Is it possible for me to take a credit Science course at a university in Korea? Or, at least be able to do the lab portion at a university here?

Some of the larger universities have international undergrad programs. You could research what courses are offered through them. If your Korean is good enough to at least follow along, you might be able to take a class. I don't know how kindly they take to the non-matriculated concept here, though; it may be that either you're in or you're not.
