Where should I go?

Where are you located?

If you are in Seoul, there are shops near Dongdaemun.

If you are in Bundang/Yongin, I know a place.

Pardon the pun, but I'm curious what you are building.

I want to resize my door frames. This will be my first DIY carpentry project so it could turn out fantastically or horribly.

Do you have power tools and things to work with the wood? or will you need everything perfectly cut to size before putting it in?

When you say resize, in what way? Do you want to make the hole bigger or smaller?
or you just want to change the moulding around the frame?

I would need it cut to size. I'd like to make the frame smaller.

Good luck.. take some sand paper home with you, despite your best measurements it probably won't line up exactly right and you might need to sand it down a bit to get it into place. Most areas have some woodworking/furniture shops in them. Probably isn't one far off you might be able to get it done at.
