Has anyone ever taught at YBM ECC? Especially in Mokdong? If so, how were they?

I currently work for a YBM ECC in Jinjeop, Namyangju and can't say I'd ever work for the brand as a whole again. The undefined hours, lack of OT pay for extended work, the under-staffing, and the general taking advantage of teaching staff on top of issues with pay, pension, and deductions has turned me off the brand entirely. From the people I've met these seem to be common problems among franchises, particularly new ones (open 3 years or less). And this came from my recruiter's "most trusted" school list (needless to say, I'm not dealing with them either).
