I'm kind of tired of Japanese style curries + Korean rice. So, I'd like to have some Indian dishes with bread.
I found a flatbread at one of the international markets in Itaewon, but it's really quite flat. It's lavash, and the bakery seems to be from Ilsan.
I do like lavash, but is there anywhere else to get a thicker, leavened bread like naan? |

Easy to make - Emart sells everything you need...... |
Including even the baking tray and oven ...
Thanks for saying something, but for now, back to the original question. |

Cast iron skillet seems reasonable. Where did you find one? These days in Korea everything seems to be stainless steel. |
