Here's my situation. I was working at this hogwan for 3 months when it was sold. The new owners asked me to sign a new contract, except it was much worse than my previous one and didn't include a plane ticket home. So I told them I wouldn't sign it, but I'd give them 2 months to replace me, per my original contract.
My question is what do I have to do to void my current visa so that I can return in a few months on a new visa? My current visa is for another 6 months, so I'd imagine I have to ditch that one before I try to get a new one. The school isn't bitter or anything about me leaving, so they won't cause any problems and will give me anything I need. |

Just go to immigration and tell them the contract was terminated. Immigration will free you for your next job. |

If they aren't bitter about it, then just ask for a letter of release and then you'll be free to change jobs easily. |
