I am in the middle of a developing a speech recognition-enabled learning website, and the company I'm working with in America is at the top of the field but I need to work with someone in the speech recognition field here in Korea (communication is key). The only place I know with a good computer science lab that does this research is KAIST in Daejon.
If somebody happens to know a person/institution they wouldn't mind sharing with me, please PM or leave a message here. I'm happy to provide more information, of course.
