I'm putting down a large amount of key money in the next month, and in order to do so, I need to pull 30,000 dollars from my bank account in America. I've heard some horror stories about people getting fleeced in the bank transfer process, so I'm curious if anyone knows a better way or has experience with this.

I bank with Bank of America (only because ING doesn't do international transfers) in the States and Kookmin Bank here in Korea.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide.
