There is a chain of yoga studios in Seoul called America Hot Yoga. Has anyone attended classes? Are they expensive? I have one right around the corner from me, and there are others close as well, but I figured a chain that operates so many locations should be good. |

My personal experience has been that most places that say "American _____" or "USA _____" or "British ______" usually have little to do with their namesake.
The 'hot yoga' classes run at my gym are pretty different from what the norm is back in Canada. These tend to lean more towards Pilates and aerobics than usual, but they're fun and constantly varied.
Honestly, go in (have a Korean friend write something out if need be) and just ask if you can try a class, at least at my place people do that all the time. See if it's something you're interested in. |

I ended up going in there, it's 450,000 for three months. Too expensive for my bank account at the moment.
And I don't really care that it has America in the name, its just that it's the closest one to my house and when I went to their website they listed multiple locations all over Seoul.
Thanks for the advice. |
