|
|
Hi,
I'm a single person working near Gangnam Subway Station, so I'm looking for a place easily accessible to subway line #2 (green line) to easily commute to my office.
I know that a good option to search for a room is to directly go to a real estate in an area. But my Korean language skills aren't good, and I would prefer online search so that I can consider multiple locations at the same time.
Are there any good resources to search the room online?
Thanks.
Best Regards. |

Unless there is something new out there that I don't know about, you are out of luck. Koreans just haven't adopted shopping for real-estate online.
nearsubway.com is the only one I know of in English and it's horrible. A few realtors have sites in English, but I believe only for properties in the Itaewon/Haeboncheon area. Then, there's Craigslist. |

If you're looking for an 'apartment' apartment or an officetel, Daum and Naver are good to get an idea of prices, but you'll still need to drop by a realtor.

Villa style apartments will require some wandering. There are plenty of sites that have listings, but they usually cater to specific areas or building types and the listings are poorly organized and will probably require more Korean than actually dropping by a realtor. |
