I'm an American English teacher here who just got married to my Korean girlfriend. We want to apply for her green card here, but have plans to go to Hawaii in July. Will we be allowed to enter the US with a pending Green Card application. I heard you can't enter the US while you wait (or leave the US if you apply in the states)?
Any info/experience is appreciated. |

| You might be able to, in which case you would need to get advance parole from USCIS. I recommend you go to the forums on immigration dot com. |
